A soft call to help me experiment with something

Dear wild-hearted wanderer,

I’ve had this desire within me lately—a seed of a thing that’s wanting to be created.
It’s not fully formed yet, but it’s so alive that I can no longer hold it in. In a way, it’s a culmination of everything I’ve been recently speaking to on Instagram Threads and Stories.

I’m calling it Your Living Body Map.

This offering has made it very clear that it’s not a course or a reading. It’s more of a sanctuary, a sacred space—something to return to when we forget what we came here for; when we spiral into the mental stories that keep us stuck; when the body is trying to speak, but we don’t quite know how to listen; when we long for a quiet place to reconnect with our own inner knowing.

Funny thing, though—I keep bumping up against my own mental stories.
And today, the loudest one said: “You don’t know enough.”

I felt a sharp sensation around my sternum.
And interestingly, when we look at the bodygraph, that’s the place where the G Center meets the Throat. It’s the expression of self. And that can be a very vulnerable place for a lot of us.

I could also hear my undefined Ego chiming in: “You gotta prove you know your stuff before you even think about helping others.”

Maybe this resonates. Maybe you’ve felt that freeze too when something true is moving through you, but a voice rises up and asks, “Who are you to offer this?”

But when I got curious about that sensation, when I softened into it instead of trying to fix it, something else emerged.

A deeper knowing.

The kind that arrives when I sit with someone’s chart—their bodygraph, their living body map, and their stories.

I know how to respond.
I know how to listen between the lines.
I know how to tease out what wants to be known.
Not because I know everything about polyvagal theory or somatic healing or nervous system regulation.
But because I’ve been living inside this practice myself. It’s knowing acquired through living and experimenting combined with the continued learning of theory through various books and courses.

Most importantly, I’ve sat with my own mental spirals and unhealthy patterns.
I’ve witnessed my own tenderness.
And I’ve learned—over and over again—how to meet them with compassion, curiosity and presence instead of shame and judgement

I know something about self-trust now.
Not as a destination, but as a lived, ongoing practice.

So… where am I going with this?

I suppose this is a soft call.
I’m looking for a few volunteers to experience Your Living Body Map in its early stage.

This is the experimentation phase.
Which means the offering will be heavily discounted—but the substance will not be.

Help me apprentice this offering.
Help me refine it through your willingness to go first.

Something I’ve noticed over the course of offering Human Design readings is that whenever I’ve offered written reflections afterwards, I’d often hear that the words that arrived after the session were just as impactful as the reading itself.

That they offered a different kind of medicine.
That they were something to return to again and again.
Because they weren’t just summaries.
They were spacious, rooted and filled with reflective prompts that spoke directly to the moment—and kept speaking long after.

In many ways, Your Living Body Map has grown from that same soil but it’s a more refined version of these post-reading reflections. And the main focus is not on Human Design info, rather it’s on the body and the re-regulation of our nervous system. The focus is on building our capacity for inspiring trust in our bodies.

I’m opening 3 spaces for an early, discounted version of Your Living Body Map—a written sanctuary that weaves together the main elements of your Human Design bodygraph with an embodied lens.

Whether you're familiar with Human Design but don’t know how to apply it or you're new to it but feel the pull; whether you're feeling lost, stuck in looping mental stories, or longing to feel more grounded in your body, or you’re simply curious to explore your bodygraph through a different lens… this is for you.

Your Living Body Map is written just for you, personalised and attuned to your design, your body and your stories.
Yes, it includes insights into your bodygraph through all the elements I consider fundamental (such as Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, Motivation and View, Defined Centers, Undefined Centers, plus anything else relevant to thatspecific individual bodygraph), but it’s woven together with what I believe are foundational for deep deconditioning:

  • gentle nervous system and somatic awareness for building capacity in trusting your body’s intelligence

  • somatic invitations and reflections

  • breath practices for various nervous system states

  • personalised journal prompts to help you reconnect with your own inner compass, your inner permission slip.

Not only will you learn how your aura works, how you make most aligned decisions, and how the stories of your undefined centers may be keeping you stuck in unhealthy patterns and behaviours, but you will also receive tangible practices to help you start tracking it all on a body-level.

Because the body needs to be part of the conversation around living your design. It’s non-negotiable.

Your Living Body Map is not meant to be read once and forgotten.
It’s a space you return to—again and again—as your practice in self-trust deepens.

Its purpose is not to rush you forward,

but to deepen your capacity to be present.

To broaden your window of presence

As your nervous system anchors into safety,

those around you will feel it.

And through your regulation, they may find their own.

This is how coherence spreads: body to body, breath to breath.
