What if your inner authority has always been speaking—but you were just never taught to trust it?

So many of us come to Human Design seeking clarity. We learn our authority and think, “Okay, now I just need to follow it.”

But what happens when your body doesn’t feel safe?

What if that quiet splenic whisper gets drowned out by the noise of trauma responses? What if your sacral response is tangled in guilt, fear, or obligation? What if your body is too restless that slowing down feels depressing? What if you don’t know what your “yes” even feels like?

It doesn’t mean that your inner authority is broken.
It’s just buried beneath a history of self-abandonment, survival logic, and learned mistrust.

Living your design isn’t about trying harder to “follow the rules.” It isn’t about acquiring more information.

Living your design is about rebuilding safety in the body so you can hear the truth again.

This is why nervous system work matters.
This is why body trust is foundational.
Because your authority isn’t mental. It’s you—beneath the fear, beyond the noise, waiting to be heard.

A few days ago, I shared The Living Body Map—a weaving of Human Design and nervous system work, rooted in deep body trust.

Today I want to speak to something many of us come up against on this path:
What happens when your authority says no and your mind really doesn’t like it?

Not long ago, I was offered a beautiful opportunity: to mentor in a breathwork space I deeply respected. In my mind, it made sense to say yes. It aligned with who I thought I wanted to be—a courageous, visible leader. And yet, when the moment came my sacral response was a clear, quiet no.

I was taken aback. I had never had such a clear-sounding no to something big and potentially life-changing. After all, this was everything I thought I had been calling in. And still, my body said no. And it wasn’t fear or resistance. It was simply my truth.

But I couldn’t have trusted that “no” if I hadn’t spent time learning what it feels like in my body. Because before that, I had said yes to many things that fizzled out.
I had overridden my sacral over and over again—because my mind had a plan, my ego knew where she was going, and my fear had stories.

This is the real work of living your design. It’s not about learning your Type, Strategy and Authority from an intellectual perspective; it’s about learning to feel your yes and your no, learning to honour them—especially when they don’t make logical sense.
It’s about learning to hold the discomfort that can arise when you say no to something that looks good, but isn’t true.
It’s about exploring the mental narratives that often challenge our capacity to trust what our body’s saying.
It’s about building our capacity to trust our body wisdom.

It’s not always easy. In fact, it’s rather uncomfortable because our mind thinks it knows better. Our expectations think they know the way. And it’s not linear. It’s a practice we return to over and over agian. But it all becomes clearer when we bring the nervous system into it. When we soften the grip of the mind and create safety in the body to feel and trust what we choose.

This is why The Living Body Map exists.
I created it to help you build that embodied trust.
I created it to help you activate the remembrance of your body’s wisdom and the trust that’s already underneath your mental noise.
I created it for the version of me some 4 years ago who entered the Human Design space with naivety that it’ll solve all my frustrations.

The biggest lesson I’ve learnt is that real alignment isn’t a mental concept.
It’s a relationship between your body, your truth, and your willingness to follow it.

I realise that you may have questions about it. In my excitement, I didn’t really give too much practical info on what Your Living Body Map actually entails. So today, I’m backtracking and filling in some gaps for you. Below you’ll find some practical bits on what Your Living Body Map is, what you’ll actually receive, what the framework behind this offering is, and a few other questions that you may have lingering. Plus, there’s also a few tweaks made to the application form.

Although we are 3rd Lining it all the way, one thing is solid—my deep passion and absolute confidence in what Your Living Body Map offers. I truly believe this is what I was creating space for when I said “No more live sessions.” Thank you for being on this journey with me.

What is Your Living Body Map?

Your Living Body Map is a personalised, visual and written PDF guide, but I like to think of it as a written sanctuary. It blends the foundational elements of your Human Design chart with nervous system wisdom, somatic awareness, and body-based invitations. It's designed to be returned to—slowly, cyclically—as your capacity for self-trust deepens.

What You'll Receive

A personalised 80+ page written guide, crafted for your unique design. It’s not a summary, not a manual—but a map to re-enter your own body’s intelligence. Inside, you’ll find:

  • Your HD fundamentals through an embodied lens:
    Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, Motivation/View, Centers, Channels (anything else that feels relevant)—explored not just as mental concepts, but through the body.

  • Body-based inquiries for each element:
    How does your Authority behave when you're dysregulated?

The Framework Behind the Map

This offering is rooted in the understanding that deconditioning is a somatic process. It’s not enough to mentally “know” your Human Design—we have to feel safe enough in our bodies to live it.

  • Polyvagal theory teaches us how the nervous system influences perception, safety, and decision-making.

  • Human Design shows us our unique compass.

  • Breathwork becomes the bridge—a tangible, accessible way to shift our nervous system state and come back to the body when the mind tries to take over.

  • Together, they help us build coherence—body, mind and soul moving in alignment.

Is there support if questions come up?
While this version doesn’t include 1:1 sessions, I welcome short questions or reflections via email after you’ve read your Living Body Map. I’ll do my best to offer brief guidance or reflections if needed.

What does discounted mean?
Right now, in this first phase of experimentation, for the first 3 people, Your Living Body Map is offered at £55. Once the 3 spaces have been filled, it will move to £122 for a limited window of time. It will then arrive at its current full price estimate of £222 with an added voice memo integration support.

Do I need prior Human Design knowledge?
Not at all. I write your map in language that meets you where you are. If you're already familiar, it will deepen your embodiment. If you're new, it will be a beautiful initiation into your body's compass.

Is this right for me?
If you're longing to reconnect with your body, feel curious about your inner compass, feel stuck in spirals or overthinking, or want to experience Human Design as something living, not theoretical—this is for you.

What if I can't keep up or don’t have time?
This is not something to complete. It's a resource to live with at your pace. There are no modules, no deadlines. You can return to it in cycles, in seasons. It’s built for slowness.

Will this help me anchor in my body or is it more information?
This is the heart of the offering. The Living Body Map is about building felt-safety so you can actually live what you’ve learned. It offers you body-based invitations—not just knowledge, but practices to help you soften, listen, and come home to yourself.
