Embracing the Sacred Pause: A New Journey Begins

Finding Clarity in Stillness and Trusting My Path Forward

Hey cosmic wanderer,

I've been quiet for a while, and I want to take a moment to share why.

Hey, it’s me, Silvia.

It’s me, Silvia—the voice behind The Untrodden Path. You may know me from Substack or even way before that. Or you may have signed up for one of my New Moon breathworks or Discovery Calls. In case you’re wondering, “Who is this person in my inbox?” I’m here to reconnect and share some heartfelt updates.

Here’s a song that’s been keeping me company in my sacred pause:

Have you ever felt like hitting pause on everything and simply existing, with no agenda, no plans, no goals to tend to?

Yeah, me too.

After returning from Tuscany and completing my breathwork facilitator training, that is exactly how I felt. The training gave me such a deep sense of purpose and safety, but once it was over, I felt somewhat adrift. Being on my own, without the structure of the course, felt daunting. I found myself lacking clarity, spinning in uncertainty, unsure of what my next steps would be. In hindsight, I can see now this was my Sacral not really having a response to anything in particular. And leaning into that trust that something would show up again was pretty…scary.

But in that pause, something beautiful happened.

Have you ever experienced a moment where everything suddenly became clear?

While traveling in Lithuania, a simple moment by the river, watching a fish break the surface and create ripples, reminded me of something profound: we all have the ability to make an impact. It doesn't need to be monumental, but it's in our power to choose to leap and create ripples of our own. That moment activated my Sacral response—a deep desire not to let fear hold me back from following what truly lights me up.

Sitting by the Nemunas River in Lithuania, 12.9.24, as Jupiter travelled over my North Node.

And what lights me up is sharing the powerful practices of breathwork and Human Design that have been so transformative in my own journey toward self-trust and alignment.

Recently, I picked up running again, and a couple of times I've been out with Nick, my partner. Each time, I've found myself falling behind his pace, and in those moments, I'm left with nothing but the need to trust my own. I've come to realize that this is how life works too. We often compare our journey to others, but there's power in trusting that we are moving at the right pace for us.

This is what breathwork and Human Design have taught me—trusting that this is my journey and that I am right on time. And it’s time to truly pay it forward.

So, you'll notice a shift in my focus as I pivot towards what has been resonating on my own path—leaning into self-trust, reweaving old stories into new ways of being, and finding fulfillment. I'm excited to explore these topics with you in ways that feel spacious, empowering, and soul-nourishing—guiding values that remain at the heart of everything I do.

I don't know how wide the ripples will spread, but I'm committed to creating them—trusting that they'll reach whoever they're meant to. After all, isn't that how the universe works its magic? And I'm grateful you're here to share this journey with me.

You may notice a new way of receiving these emails. I’ve longed to make my letters feel more personal and exclusive, something I initially aimed to cultivate with my paid community on Substack. Looking back, I realize I was navigating without the clarity and focus I needed, moving through trial and error in my true 3rd Line way. Now, with a deep-rooted guiding force within me, I’m ready to embrace that change and lean into new explorations and experimentations. I’m still figuring out how—if at all—Substack will fit into all of this, but I’m keeping that door open. So, stay tuned for what’s to come.

Let's breathe into this new chapter together.

I'd love to hear about your own journey. What’s been happening in your life? What's lighting up your soul these days? Feel free to reply and share your thoughts with me.

Sending you a deep and grounding breath,

Silvia

I have a small request to share. As we embark on this new journey together, I’m curious about how I can best serve you in navigating your challenges with self-trust, decision-making, overwhelm, and clarity. If you could spare a few moments, I would be deeply grateful for your insights. This survey will take just a couple of minutes of your time.
